Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an oral medicine compsn. for slow releasing of an active component which substantially enables releasing of the medicine in a regular rate for a continuous period. CONSTITUTION: This slow-releasing oral medicine compsn. contains lots of tine granules or pellets, each granule or pellet of which consists of a core containing an active component and a binder and a film applied on the core. The active component is bile acid and the pellet has a 400 to 2000 μm particle size.
