A stroller frame assembly (1) includes: front and rear leg units; an armrest (123); a seat support bar (126) disposed below and opposing the armrest (123); and first and second connecting bars (124, 125). The first connecting bar (124) cooperates with the armrest (123), the seat support bar (126) and the front leg unit to form a first four-bar linkage mechanism (90). The first connecting bar (124) cooperates with the armrest (123), the second connecting bar (125) and the rear leg unit to form a second four-bar linkage mechanism (92).
