Abstract:
To provide an improved boiler capable of expanding a contact area between a solid fuel and air.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a boiler comprising: a combustion chamber; an air supply unit 60 that supplies external air; a combustion unit that has a plurality of through holes 72a formed so as to penetrate the air supplied from the air supply unit 60 therethrough, and comprises a grate 72 on which a pile of pellets densely supplied from an external pellet supply source is placed; and at least one burner pin 80 that comprises a hollow formed so as to penetrate therethrough, and is mounted in any one of the plurality of through holes so as to guide the air supplied from the air supply unit 60 to the inside of the pile of pellets through the hollow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
