PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt and a nut having improved binding strength with a plate-like member.SOLUTION: A bolt according to one embodiment includes: a shaft part on an outer peripheral surface of which a groove extending spirally is formed; and a head part that has one surface and the other surface opposite to the one surface, of which the one surface is connected to one end of the shaft part, and that includes a plurality of projections each having a flat upper surface extending along the one surface, connected to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part and provided with intervals on the one surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
