Abstract:
To provide a flap lock of a box capable of surely locking so as not to cause falling out of a bottom, without damaging an easy property of lock work.SOLUTION: At an inner flap 4, an insertion hole 11 is formed by a notch, and an auxiliary ruled line 13 is made which is from a portion facing the insertion hole 11 to a tip. At an outer flap 5, insertion pieces 16 are protrusively provided at tip both side parts, a middle folding line 17 is made in an intermediate part in the extension direction, a slit 18 is provided from an outside end further on a tip side than the middle folding line 17, and a dimension from the middle folding line 17 to a tip of the insertion piece 16 is set to be smaller than a dimension from a root of the outer flap 5 to the middle folding line 17. At the outer flap 5, a step in the thickness direction is generated by sandwiching the slit 18 due to the bending at the middle folding line 17, the inner flap 4 is folded so as to be inclined along the auxiliary ruled line 13, and when the insertion pieces 16 are inserted in the insertion holes 11, an end edge of the step facing the slit 18 and an opening edge of the insertion hole 11 are engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
