Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake fluid pressure control device for a vehicle capable of precisely estimating a brake fluid pressure at an upper stream side fluid path of a control valve unit, without using a pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A motor 72 is rotated before starting of fluid pressure control, and based on an increase amount of a motor load at the time of pressure reduction just after starting of the fluid pressure control, a brake fluid pressure (master cylinder pressure Pmc) of an upper stream side fluid path 104 is estimated. The motor load at the time of pressure reduction just after starting of the fluid pressure control increases as a brake fluid pressure (master cylinder pressure Pmc) of the upper stream side fluid path 104 which is on a discharge side of the brake fluid of a pump 70 rises. Thus, based on the amount of increase of the motor load, the brake fluid pressure (master cylinder pressure Pmc) of the upper stream side fluid path 104 of a control valve unit 30 can be precisely estimated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
