Title:
ROTATION TRANSMISSION SHAFT THRUST-CATCHING STRUCTURE OF BREAKING DRUM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2541907
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the subject structure capable of surely thrust-catching a rotation transmission shaft into the shaft-mounting hole of a shaft-fixing part and enabling to make the thrust-catching part at an extremely low cost.
CONSTITUTION: An embedding part 20 for thrust-catching a rotation transmission shaft can relatively strongly be made of an insertion part 7 and the same kind of a mutually compatible raw material only by press-crashing the tip of the insertion part 7 of a shaft-fixing part 5 with a press rod 11. Thereby, it is not caused that the tip of the rotation transmission shaft 16 is projected into a braking drum 1 due to vibration, etc., on the rotation driving of the rotation transmission shaft. The embedding part 20 is also extremely easily formed, and other parts for the thrust catching and a structure for attaching the other parts to the shaft-fixing part are not required. Consequently, the rotation transmission shaft 16 can surely be thrust-caught into the shaft-mounting hole 14 of the shaft-fixing part, and the structure for thrust-catching the rotation transmission shaft can be realized at an extremely low processing cost.
