Abstract:
To provide a cost-effective cushioning bag capable of protecting contents from external pressure without applying laminate processing while realizing an excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A cushioning bag 1 according to the disclosure is the cushioning bag which is a double bag comprising an outer bag 2 having a shank composed of a first substrate 91 and an inner bag 3 having the shank composed of a second substrate 92 and arranged inside the outer bag 2, and the cushioning bag 1 comprises a storage part S1 provided inside of the inner bag 3, a partition seal part 7 having a thermal adhesive part H1 with an inner surface of the first substrate 91 and an outer surface of the second substrate 92 provided at an area facing the storage part S1 and a fitting tool 8, the partition seal part 7 forms a plurality of gas cells 10 between the first substrate 91 and the second substrate 92, each of the gas cells 10 seals air for cushioning, the first substrate and the second substrate are joined each other by a joint seal part 9 provided more at the folded part side than the fitting tool and the partition seal part is in a diagonal grid shape or in a circular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
