Abstract:
To provide an air-conditioning system capable of preventing temperature change of an indoor space while maintaining safety and profitability, and a building.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system utilizing underground water has such an arrangement that a pipe (90) through which the underground water flows is in contact with either a wall surface, a ceiling surface or a floor surface that partitions an indoor space, or at least two of those surfaces, wherein heat is exchanged between the underground water and the indoor space via the wall surface, the ceiling surface or the floor surface with which the pipe (90) is in contact, thereby air-conditioning the indoor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
