PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive protection of fireproof seal material even if arrangement member is substantially displaced due to earthquake and the like.SOLUTION: This invention comprises an arrangement member 2 inserted into an open hole 11 formed at a wall part 1 of a building; a fireproof seal member 3 for closing spaces G between the open hole 11 and the arrangement member 2; a cover member 22 connected by the wall part 1 and rope members 27 under a state in which it can be relatively moved in respect to the arrangement member 2, having a recess part 31 opened at the wall part 1 and arranged to cover the fire-proof seal member 3; a fire-proof member 23 arranged at the recess part 31 of the cover member 22 and having a recess part 41 opened at the wall part 1; and a thermal expansion fire-proof member 24 arranged at the recess part 41 of the fire-proof member 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
