Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a state in which illuminations are automatically lit when a person enters a shared passage section, to allow the person to hardly feel psychological strangeness and fear of entering dark, in order to achieve power saving of the illuminations.SOLUTION: A building including a shared entrance section 1, an exclusive section 2, a shared passage section 3 continued to the exclusive section 2, and an illumination control mechanism C for achieving power saving for an operation of illumination equipment L of the shared passage section 3, includes: a first operation section N for performing an operation related to movement of a person who moves from the shared entrance section 1 to the shared passage section 3, before the movement; and a second operation section M for performing an operation related to movement of a person who moves from the exclusive section 2 to the shared passage section 3, before the movement. The illumination control mechanism C includes: a first lighting control section for performing lighting control of the illumination equipment L in an interlocking fashion with the operation of the first operation section N; a second lighting control section for performing lighting control of the illumination equipment L in an interlocking fashion with the operation of the second operation section M; and turn-off control section for performing turn-off control of the illumination equipment L when the operation of the illumination equipment L is not needed.
