PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and the like capable of facilitation of unitization of construction objects.SOLUTION: A building unit 1 constitutes a building frame of building including at least two storeys, and is produced a site other than a construction site of the building. The building includes: the building unit 1; and parts which are constructed at the construction site. A stair and air conditioning unit 2000 constituting the building unit 1 includes: an air-conditioning equipment 500; and a blowout part 550 as a blowout port of the air-conditioning equipment 500.
