Abstract:
To provide a building capable of facilitating prevention of a beam form/pillar form from projecting into a room while securing a large indoor space, and preventing interference of an inner pillar or a large beam with a pipe space.SOLUTION: This building is configured such that an outer peripheral part is RC-structured or SRC-structured, a habitable room 3, a habitable room 4, and a middle corridor 5 are arranged between two outer peripheral structure planes 1, 2 extending roughly in parallel to each other so as to be respectively along one outer peripheral structure plane surface 1, along the other outer peripheral structure plane surface 2, and between both the habitable rooms 3, 4, each of the habitable rooms 3, 4 has a narrow area extending from an entrance side facing the middle corridor 5 to a deep side, and a wide area having an opening larger than the narrow area and located on the deep side of the narrow area, a 3-span frame is installed between the two outer peripheral structure planes 1, 2, and pillars 12, 13 located between the two outer peripheral structure planes 1, 2 are positioned closer to the wide area than the middle corridor 5 in a region held between the wide area and the middle corridor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
