Abstract:
To provide a building capable of suppressing height of the building while equipped with a multistory parking unit in its inside.SOLUTION: A building 1 is provided with a core section 20 having multiple floors and a peripheral edge part 30 arranged around a lower part of the core section 20. A tenth floor of the core section 20 in the building 1 is a facility floor 21 equipped with equipment, wherein the core section 20 is provided with a multistory parking space 46 extending in a vertical direction from a first subsurface floor to the facility floor 21, in which a multistory parking unit 47 is installed as well as continuous earthquake-resisting walls 22A, 22C, 22D extending through the facility floor 21 in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
