Abstract:
To facilitate installation of a cable movement arrester irrespective of the strength of a pipe line.SOLUTION: This cable movement arrester comprises: an outer pipe 20 that is connected to a pipe line 110 of a cable 1; an inner pipe 30 that can be inserted into the outer pipe 20; and a bag body 40 that is held inside the inner pipe 30 and capable of sealing a fluid therein. The bag body 40 binds the cable 1 which penetrates the inner pipe 30 by expansion pressure caused by the fluid sealed inside. Thus, as the expansion pressure of the bag body 40 is received by the inner pipe 30 to remove a pressure load applied on the pipe line 110, the cable movement arrester can be installed irrespective of the strength of the pipe line 110. In addition, installation work is facilitated as the arrester can be installed by inserting the bag body 40 together with the inner pipe 30 into the outer pipe 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
