Abstract:
The device has two pairs of pivotable jaws, i.e. outer gripping jaws (33) and inner cutting jaws (41), and at least one sliding wedge (13,23) in a matching aperture in a first gripper arm (1) or part with a flat first surface (15,25) facing the cutting jaws and a second surface (17,27) in the aperture shaped so that the distance between both wedge surfaces reduces from a central region to one end of the wedge.
