Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device with which it is possible to extend the life of nonvolatile memory of the information processing device.SOLUTION: In an information processing device 35, a nonvolatile memory 4 includes block groups BG-BG, each including a plurality of erasure unit areas. A processor 2 generates management information including information that indicates the use state of write data in the block groups and information that indicates whether or not they are objects to be deleted by a program executed by the processor, selects a first area to be erased from the block group BGwhen the block group BGsatisfies a first erase condition, writes first data to the block group BGon the basis of the management information when the first data written to the first area is in a first use state and is not the object to be deleted, and writes the first data to the block group BGand erases the first area when the first data is not in the first use state and is not the object to be deleted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
