Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deterioration of nursing service efficiency when a nurse deals with a wrong call.SOLUTION: A call analysis system includes: a call history information acquisition part 11 for acquiring call information for a predetermined period from a call history storage part 12; a frequently calling person identification part 12 for identifying frequently calling persons based on the call information for a predetermined period acquired from the call history information acquisition part 11; a call type ratio calculation part 13 for calculating a generation ratio of a plurality of call types for the frequently calling persons identified by the frequently calling person identification part 12; and a patient extraction part 14 for extracting and presenting a patient whose sensor call generation ratio is the highest, or a patient whose sensor call generation ratio is a predetermined value or more based on the generation ratio of call types calculated by the call type ratio calculation part 13. A patient is presented who makes sensor calls in which a wrong call is likely to occur at a comparatively high ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
