Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter that allows various kinds of optical systems to appropriately exert functions in a lens interchangeable type camera system.SOLUTION: A camera body 100 comprises: a connection unit 101s that attachably/detachably connects a first interchangeable lens 200 dealing with an autofocus, and a second interchangeable lens 200 not dealing with the autofocus via an adapter 300, or attachably/detachably connects a third interchangeable lens 200; and a camera control unit 110 that, when the first interchangeable lens 200 is connected to the connection part 101s via the adapter 300, or the third interchangeable lens 200 is connected to the connection unit 101s, permits an execution of a prescribed shooting mode, and when the second interchangeable lens 200 is connected to the connection unit 101s via the adapter 300, limits the execution of the prescribed shooting mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
