Abstract:
To improve acquisition accuracy of camera characteristic information considering distortion of an image in one aspect.SOLUTION: A computer performs first detection processing for detecting multiple prescribed patterns of different positions in a real space, from one or more images captured by a first camera, acquires camera characteristic information of the first camera on the basis of one or more first prescribed patterns detected successfully in the first detection processing out of the multiple prescribed patterns, performs correction processing for the one or more images on the basis of the acquired camera characteristic information, performs second detection processing for detecting one or more second prescribed patterns failed in detection in the first detection processing out of the multiple prescribed patterns from the one or more images subjected to correction processing, and updates the camera characteristic information on the basis of the detected second prescribed pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
