Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera device and the like capable of suppressing power consumption of the camera device.SOLUTION: A camera device 1000 has an imaging unit 100 for imaging a subject, and a movable mechanism unit 200 attached to the imaging unit 100. The movable mechanism unit 200 comprises: a movable unit that moves the imaging unit 100; a speed measurement unit 141 that measures a moving speed of the imaging unit 100 at comparison processing by the power comparator 132 that compares a total power value consumed by the imaging unit 100 and the movable mechanism unit 200 with a power reference value lower than the maximum power value; a speed controller 142, that when the power comparator 132 determines that the total power value becomes larger than the power reference value, controls the movable unit so as to obtain a moving speed equal to or less than the moving speed of the imaging part 100 measured by the speed measurement unit 141. The movable unit moves the imaging unit 100 according to the control of the speed controller 142.
