Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamfering processing method and a chamfering metal mold capable of stably executing chamfering processing of the cutting edge of a work, by enlarging the area for pressing-fixing the work by upper-lower metal molds.SOLUTION: In a chamfering processing method of the cutting edge in a plate-like work, after interposingly pressing-holding the work W from the vertical direction by abutting surface 17 of including a central part in upper-lower metal molds 3 and 5, a chamfering tip 19 provided in an eccentric position in at least one metal mold of the upper-lower metal molds 3 and 5, is projected from the abutting surface 17 of the upper metal mold or the abutting surface of the lower metal mold, and chamfering processing is executed by pressing a chamfering processing part 59 provided in this chamfering tip 19 to the cutting edges HX, HY of the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
