Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for melt-blown, an ultra fine fiber manufacturing installation and a manufacturing method thereof which can spin molten resin into fine fiber stably even if quantity of hot blast gas is little, downsizing and weight saving are easy, and can suppress production cost.SOLUTION: More than two liquid nozzles 42 which can discharge heated molten resin and more than two hot blast nozzles 44 spouting hot blast to the molten resin discharged from the liquid nozzles 42 to extend it in fibrous are formed in a nozzle for melt-blown 40. The hot blast nozzle 44 and the liquid nozzle 42 approach each other, the blowout direction of the hot blast nozzle 44 and the discharge direction of the liquid nozzle 42 are arranged to cross in downside of the nozzle undersurface 40a, and the liquid nozzle 42 and the hot blast nozzle 44 are arranged on a concentric circle varying in a diameter with a same center respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
