Abstract:
To reduce cost by omitting a size coat layer.SOLUTION: A cap comprises a cap body formed by an aluminum material or an aluminum alloy material, has a sheet-shaped seal material provided inside the cap body, and is fitted to a mouthpiece of a bottle can. A ground layer provided with an anodic oxide film is formed inside the cap body. The anodic oxide film has a porosity of 5% or lower and a thickness of 50 nm or more and 300 nm or less. A top coat layer made of an acrylic modified epoxy-acrylic resin is formed on the surface of the ground layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
