Abstract:
To obtain a capacitor for a power conversion device capable of sufficiently cooling a smoothing capacitor used in a power conversion device and suppressing electric vibration during a power conversion operation.SOLUTION: A capacitor for a power conversion device includes a cooler that molds a capacitor element and a magnetic material with resin and cools the capacitor element and the magnetic material, and the heat generated in the capacitor element during power conversion is cooled by the cooler, and the oscillating current flowing through the capacitor element is suppressed by the magnetic hysteresis characteristics of the magnetic material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
