Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing compound for an alumina cement composition used to repair deteriorated concrete structures, and a repair method and a structure using the same.SOLUTION: A curing compound for an alumina cement composition containing lithium silicate is provided in which a mortar is prepared by adding water to an alumina cement composition containing alumina cement, pozzolanic material, and aggregate, and the surface of the mortar is then coated or sprayed with the curing compound for an alumina cement composition before hardening. The curing compound for an alumina cement composition contains 0.1 to 10 pts.mass LiO and 1 to 30 pts.mass SiOin relation to 100 pts.mass curing compound, and has an SiO/LiO molar ratio of 2 to 8. In a construction method of a curing compound for an alumina cement composition, a mortar is prepared by adding water to the alumina cement composition and the surface of the mortar is coated or sprayed with the curing compound for an alumina cement composition before hardening.
