Abstract:
To achieve efficiency of cargo handling operations.SOLUTION: A cargo handling system 1 comprises a cargo handling vehicle 20 operated by an operator, and a control server 30. A working area 10 of the cargo handling vehicle 20 includes: a travel area 52 where the operator makes the cargo handling vehicle 20 travel; and a cargo handling area 55 where the operator makes the cargo handling vehicle 20 perform the cargo handling while the operator receives an assistance of an expert remotely. Imaging means for imaging the cargo handling vehicle 20 is provided in at least one of the cargo handling vehicle 20 and the cargo handling area 55. The control server 30 detects that the cargo handling vehicle 20 enters the cargo handling area 55 from the travel area 52 based on image information acquired by the imaging means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
