PURPOSE: To produce an inexpensive colored galvannealed steel sheet whose appearance is colored uniformly into gray to black, small in difference in the color tone between the worked part and nonworked part at the time of working and showing high corrosion resistance over a long period.
CONSTITUTION: (1) This is a colored plate steel sheet in which the surface of a galvannealed steel sheet is subjected to immersing treatment or anodic treatment by an alkali aq. soln. contg. Ca ions to stick Ca on the surface by 0.1 to 500mg/m2 coating weight. (2) This is an organic composite coated film obtd. by, on the plating layer of the same colored plated steel sheet, forming a coating chromate film as a lower layer and an organic resin film having 0.5 to 5μm film thickness as an upper layer.
