Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight anti-corrosive water cooling jacket of low manufacturing costs by improving a casing of a water-cooled cooler of an electric element including a flat heat dissipation base and the water cooling jacket forming a cooling water flow passage between the heat dissipation base and the water cooling jacket.SOLUTION: A fin 5 protruding toward a cooling water flow path 3 side is formed on one surface of the heat dissipation substrate 2. The other surface of the heat dissipation substrate 2 is a mounting surface of an electric element 6.
