Abstract:
To provide a caster which prevents deformation and damage of the caster when a transport dolly is transported by a forklift truck, and to provide the transport dolly.SOLUTION: A caster 20 includes: a wheel 21; a support part 25 rotatably supporting the wheel 21; and a brake pedal 35 which is supported so as to swing relative to the support part 25 in a vertical direction and directly or indirectly puts a brake on the wheel 21. The brake pedal 35 includes an operation piece 35b which enables a user to operate vertical swing. The operation piece 35b is disposed at a position overlapping with the wheel 21 when viewed in a travel direction of the wheel 21. Further, a lower surface of the operation piece 35b inclines in an upper direction toward its tip when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the travel direction of the wheel 21 when a brake is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
