PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking collar and a caulking nut for use in buckling under a specified axial symmetry shape when a thin wall part at an extremity end is buckled and fixed to a resin component.SOLUTION: A caulking collar 10 comprises a sleeve having a thick wall part 12 showing a thick wall state, a thin wall part showing a thin wall state and a step part between the thick wall part and the thin wall part; and a flange 11 formed at a side of the thick wall part of the sleeve and showing a larger diameter than that of the sleeve.
