Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture vessel that allows, a spheroid, which is an agglomerate of many cells, and tissue cells, which are three-dimensionally stacked, to be observed from the side thereof using a microscope or the like while keeping them alive; a cell culture apparatus in which the cell culture vessels are continuously aligned with each other; and a method for observing culture cells from the side thereof using any of them.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cell culture vessel comprising an observation window portion arranged at an angle ranging from 60 to 120 degrees with respect to the culture surface of a support on which cells are seeded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
