Abstract:
A centrifugal fluid machine of the present invention is provided with a centrifugal fluid machine diffuser portion (103), wherein a flow path of the diffuser portion (103) comprises a shroud-side side wall (105A), a hub-side side wall (105B), and a plurality of vane members (104); the vane member (104) has a first vane member (104A) protruding from the shroud-side side wall (105A), and a second vane member (104B) protruding from the hub-side side wall (105B); the first and second vane members (104A, 104B) are arranged to face each other; the first vane member (104A) and the second vane member (104B) facing the first vane member (104A) are characterized by having a combination of heights such that a gap (c) between the facing surfaces of the first vane member (104A) and the second vane member (104B) is near the hub-side side wall (105B) or near the shroud-side side wall (105A).
