Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge rotor which enables not only a single piece, but also a multiple tube container to be set and removed easily by one hand, and a centrifugal machine comprising the centrifuge rotor.SOLUTION: A centrifuge rotor 2R comprises a body of rotation 10 mounted on a rotary shaft of high speed rotation and consisting of a horizontal part and a curved part curved upward from the horizontal part, a top-open bottomed groove 14 formed along the end edge part of the curved part of the body of rotation to set a tube container 50 formed in a single or multiple form with its lid part 54 directed inside and its bottom part 51 directed outside, and restriction means 45 keeping a contact with the tube container 50 inserted to the bottom of the bottomed groove 14 to restrict an upward movement of a tube body 52 of the tube container 50.
