Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite furniture having excellent workability and in which a closed property and an open property are harmonized.SOLUTION: The furniture includes: a chair part 3 composed of a seat 1 and a backrest 2; side panels 4 and 5 surrounding the chair part 3; and a back panel 6. A front panel 7 is disposed in front of one of the side panel 4 and 5, and a table board 9 is attached to the front panel 7 via a longitudinally-rotational column 8 so as to be able to adjust the lengthwise position thereof. The respective panels 4, 5, 6, and 7 include thin shrouds 11 and 12. The table board 9 is configured to adjust the lengthwise position thereof, so that, when using it, a user can place a notebook computer at an appropriate position thereon according to a posture. While the furniture is surrounded by the shroud 11, the front side of the user is opened so as to provide environment where the closed property and the open property are harmonized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
