Abstract:
To disclose a charging device in which unbalanced voltage can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A charging device [127] includes a plurality of converter units [116], a matrix switch [120] having input ports to which the plurality of converter units are connected and output ports to which a plurality of power storage devices are connected, and a control unit [128] that controls output currents from the converter units and the matrix switch. The converter units each include a converter cell [108] having an AC/DC conversion circuit [109] and a DC/DC conversion circuit [112] connected to the AC/DC conversion circuit via a capacitor. A plurality of AC input terminals of the AC/DC conversion circuits are connected in series with each other. The control unit reduces the output currents from the converter units to a prescribed value, and then, reconfigures a connection state between the input ports and the output ports in the matrix switch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
