Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of keeping airtightness at the extremity end side of an umbrella-shaped part of the check valve for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A check valve of this invention is a check valve 2 attached to a plate-like part 3 so as to prevent reverse flow of fluid at a passage hole 6 formed to pass through the plate-like part and the check valve comprises: a column-like part 21 that can be inserted into and passed through a supporting hole 5 formed to pass through the plate-like part; an engagement part 22 provided at an upper end side of the column-like part and having a larger outer diameter than a hole diameter of the supporting hole; an umbrella-shaped part 23 that can be press contacted with the lower surface of the plate-like part at the extremity end thereof to extend from the lower end part of the column-like part in a slant upward direction and in a centrifugal direction to cover the passage hole; and a press-contacted part 24 that can be press contacted with the lower surface of the plate-like part to hold the plate-like part between itself and the engagement part. Further, between the column-like part 21 and the press-contacted part 24 is formed an annular groove 27 recessed downward to enclose the outer circumference of the column-like part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
