To provide an apparatus for removing a material attached to the surface of hen's egg or globular fruit vegetables, not requiring to exchange whole roll-like rotation brush for a new rotation brush in a short period even when habit or abrasion occurs in a brush hair of the roll-like rotation brush.

In the apparatus for removing the material attached to the surface of hen's egg or globular fruit vegetables, rotatably constituted while being held by either one holding member for holding the vicinity of either one end of a shaft and the other holding member for holding the vicinity of the other end of the shaft, a line dividing a distance between either one holding member and the other holding member into two equal parts in an axial direction and a center line of a conveying passage in the conveying means are constituted in a state separated in a prescribed distance when viewed in a plane and the vicinity of either one end of the shaft is constituted attachably to the other holding member and the vicinity of the other end of the shaft is constituted attachably to either one holding member.
