PURPOSE: To prevent a clearance from being produced between a first case unit and a second case unit even in the case of carrying a case in the state of storing weighty goods therein with a handle held in one's hand.

CONSTITUTION: A first case unit 3 having a first opening part 2 is provided, a second case unit 5 having a second opening part 4 opposite to the first opening part 2 is provided, the first case unit 3 and the second case unit 5 are connected at each one side to each other by a hinge part, a fixing means for fixing in the closed state is provided on the other side except one side, and a carrying handle 7 is provided on the other side except one side of the first case unit. Further, the base end of an engaging piece 13 is provided on the inside of the first case unit 3, the tip of the engaging piece 13 is extended to the inside of the second case unit 5, a first engaging part 11 which does not interfere with any member in the condition where the handle 7 is not lifted up is formed upward on the tip of the engaging piece 13, and a second engaging part 12 which engages downward with the first engaging part 11 in the condition where the handle 7 is not lifted up is provided on the inside of the second case unit.
