Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that enables replacement of a great number of welding tips and nozzles, and which can increase the efficiency in the replacement.SOLUTION: A chuck device 50 includes: a chuck base 64 which is disposed to be rotatable; an engagement portion which is fixed to the chuck base 64 so as to be rotatable in unison with the chuck base 64 and is engageable with an engagement surface of a welding tip, and rotates the welding tip together with the chuck base 64 when the chuck base 64 is rotated in the state that the engagement portion is engaged with the engagement surface; and multiple finger portions 66, 68, 70 which are openably and closably provided at the chuck base 64 so that the multiple finger portions 66, 68, 70 can clamp the welding tip or a nozzle respectively, and can move toward and away from the engagement portion. The movement toward the engagement portion places the multiple finger portions into a closed state, and the movement away from the engagement portion places the multiple finger portions into an opened state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
