Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grip a plurality of stepped molded products different in diameter by an accurate attitude, and to transfer and insert the products to the die of a next stage while maintaining the accurate attitude.SOLUTION: The chucking mechanism includes a chucking body fitted to a machine body supported so as to be movable with respect to a machine body, a press-fit chucking part provided in the chucking body and configured to press-fit, between a pair of press-fit chucking claws facing each other, the leading end maximum diameter outer peripheral part of a stepped molded product larger in diameter than a part between the chucking claws against a spring to grip it, and an openable chucking part provided in the chucking body and configured to grip and release the rear end minimum diameter outer peripheral part of the stepped molded product by a pair of openable chucking claws configured to be freely openable/closable at optional timing, and the leading end and the rear end of the stepped molded product are gripped by the two types of chucking parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
