Abstract:
To provide a circuit breaker having a pocket cover which can be easily removed but is hardly detached even if internal pressure rises.SOLUTION: A circuit breaker has a pocket part 5, for housing an accessory device, on an upper surface of a housing 1 provided with a power supply-side terminal 3 on the rear side, a load-side terminal 4 on the front side, and an operating handle 2 at the center of the upper surface. A pocket cover 6 for closing the pocket part 5 is configured such that its rear side is screwed to the housing 1 while its front side is provided with an insertion piece 63 which is inserted, at an upper portion of the pocket part, into a back portion of the upper surface of the housing 1 and is locked thereto. The upper portion of the pocket part 5 has an engagement hole 12 into which the insertion piece 63 is inserted. When the insertion piece 63 is inserted into the engagement hole 12 and is locked thereto, front and rear ends of the pocket cover 6 is fixed to the housing 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
