Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failures generated when conveying green sheets.SOLUTION: Provided is a cleaning device 10 which includes: a first conveyance part 21 for conveying a green sheet 60; a second conveyance part 24 which is disposed on a downstream side (back side) of a conveyance direction of a first support member 41; a lower-side brush roller 35 having a brush 36 in an outer peripheral part, which is disposed in a vertically lower side of a conveyance passage 18 between the first conveyance part 21 and the second conveyance part 24; and a support member 40. The support member 40 includes: the first support member 41 which is disposed in a vertically lower side of the conveyance passage 18 and also in a more upstream side (front side) of the conveyance direction than the lower-side brush roller 35; and a second support member 44 which is disposed in a vertically lower side of the conveyance passage 18 and also in a more downstream side (back side) of the conveyance direction than the lower-side brush roller 35. At least one of the first support member 41 and the second support member 44 has a comb-teeth part 48 having its teeth 49 facing toward the lower-side brush roller 35 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
