Abstract:
To achieve reduction in the size of a cleaning device for performing immersion cleaning and vapor cleaning, reduce running cost of the cleaning device, and enhance cleaning accuracy.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 1 includes: a cleaning tank 2 which has an immersion tank 21 provided in its bottom and has a workpiece charging port 26 provided in its upper end; a lifting/lowering mechanism 7 for lifting or lowering a cleaning container 10 for storing workpiece W; a movable lid 5 for opening/closing the workpiece charging port 26; a vapor generation tank 3 for supplying vapor of a cleaning liquid to a vapor cleaning region 24 above a liquid surface of the immersion tank 21; and a cleaning liquid recovery mechanism 4 for cooling, liquefying and recovering the vapor of the cleaning liquid. The lifting/lowering mechanism 7 includes: a lift 71; a guide mechanism 72 for guiding the lift 71 in a vertical direction; a lifting/lowering belt 73 which is connected to the lift 71 and is made of metal; a reel 74 for winding the lifting/lowering belt 73; and a motor 75 for rotating the reel 74.
