Abstract:
To provide a blade of a hair clipper which can set a shorter clipping height while reducing stimulation caused to skin during use, and to provide the hair clipper.SOLUTION: A blade 45 of a hair clipper includes: a fixed blade 47; and a movable blade 46 which can slide in a reciprocating manner along one direction relative to the fixed blade 47 to cut hairs. Further, the fixed blade 47 includes: a sliding contact surface P2 with which the movable blade 46 may slidably contact; and a skin contact surface P3 with which skin may contact. In a state that the fixed blade 47 is viewed along the one direction, the sliding contact surface P2 is inclined with respect to the skin contact surface P3 such that a distance between the sliding contact surface P2 and the skin contact surface P3 is decreased toward a tip side, and the movable blade 46 is configured to be slidable on the sliding contact surface P2 of the fixed blade 47 in an intersecting direction intersecting with the one direction. A tip part 473 of the fixed blade 47 has a uniform part 4731 having a uniform thickness as seen in a thickness direction intersecting the one direction and the intersecting direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
