Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain inter-communication between a communication terminal not having an ISDN communication function and a terminal connecting to an ISDN by providing a master set to the system.
CONSTITUTION: A power switch of a radio terminal equipment 3 is applied and a reception standby state is transited at an optional frequency to receive a frame from a master set 1. Then the frame is received and a system ID is recognized and stored from the frame, idle channel information and a frequency to be hopped for a succeeding unit time are acquired, a reception frequency of the terminal equipment 3 is shifted to the acquired frequency and a succeeding frame is awaited. The terminal equipment 3 repeats the processing above and recognizes and stores a frequency hopping pattern. The terminal equipment 3 sends a frame to which the system ID, ID information of the terminal equipment 3 and D channel control information to the master set 1, the terminal equipment 3 receives a control channel frequency designated by the master set 1 and makes intermittent reception through a designated control channel. Thus, transmission from a terminal equipment without an ISDN communication function to a terminal equipment connected to an ISDN is enabled.
