Abstract:
To provide a clothing treatment device.SOLUTION: A clothing treatment device includes an outer case, a treatment drum that is located inside the outer case and contains clothing items inside of itself, a circulation air passage that is located inside the outer case and formed in a manner in which it includes the treatment drum and through which air is circulated, an air-sending device that is located inside the circulation air passage and sends the circulated air to the treatment drum, a condenser that is located inside the circulation air passage and heats the circulated air, and a generation device that generates a substance having an antiseptic property. In an antiseptic process during which the generation device is driven, the substance generated by the generation device is supplied, in the circulation air passage, to the downstream side of the treatment drum and the upstream side of the condenser with respect to the flow of the circulated air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
