To provide a garment with a non-removable water absorption function part on a body part.SOLUTION: A garment 10 includes: a body part 11; and a water absorption function part 40 which covers at least a crotch and is non-removably attached to the body part 11. The water absorption function part 40 includes: a first portion 41; a second portion 42 arranged on a surface side compared to the first portion 41; and a third portion 43 arranged on the surface side compared to the second portion 42.
