Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to categorize larger number of consumers by their features.SOLUTION: A clustering device 100 performs a first clustering processing based on purchase history of each of a plurality of consumers corresponding to commodities that each of the plurality of consumers purchased and the number of the purchased commodities. A plurality of purchase groups are created by the first clustering processing, and there are cases where the plurality of purchase groups include a feature-unclear purchase group like other groups. The feature-unclear purchase group refers to a purchase group in which tendency of purchasing behavior of consumers is unclear. The clustering device 100 performs a second clustering processing corresponding to whether or not a customer purchased a commodity without considering the number of times of purchase regarding the feature-unclear purchase group, and creates a plurality of purchase groups regarding factors included in the at least one purchase group.
