Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control mechanism for a dual-bearing reel that reliably prevents a clutch cam from rotating from a first position to a second position.SOLUTION: A clutch control mechanism 20 includes a clutch cam 40, a clutch plate 43, and a positioning structure 60. The clutch cam 40 is rotatably mounted on a reel body 1 between a decoupled position, where a rotation of a handle 2 is blocked, and a coupled position, where the rotation of the handle 2 is transmitted. The clutch plate 43 is coupled to a clutch operating member 17 and coupled unitarily rotatably to the clutch cam 40. The positioning structure 60 positions the clutch cam 40 from the radially outer side about a rotational axis X of the clutch cam 40 when the clutch cam 40 is disposed in the decoupled position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6A
